Each network partner works on their own account, but we are happy to take over the coordination for you. Of course, we also work with the service providers of your choice.

Based on the determined need, we will write a detailed offer, in which the planned next steps are listed and explained. The offer also includes concrete estimates for expense and costs.

This offer is our suggestion for you, but is of course not "set in stone". If you submit further requirements afterwards or decide against certain services, we will be happy to adapt the offer again.

Once the scope of the order has been determined, it is set out in a contract. This gives both parties clarity about the agreed project schedule and the various services.

For extensive projects, we usually define interim goals that make it easier for our customers to track the course of the project and monitor the desired progress.

Following the contract, we will implement your project in accordance with the defined requirements and schedules. During the implementation phase we regularly keep you informed about the progress and are available for feedback and adjustments.

We often rely on the cooperation of our customers at this stage. We try to achieve a clear communication, so that our customers always know what we need from them and when.

Through agile methods and an iterative approach, we ensure that your project is completed on time and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Upon completion of the development, we will work with you to review the result and carry out extensive tests to ensure that all requirements are met. After your approval will be the official handover of the project, including all documentation and training if necessary.

Of course, we will continue to be available to you even after the project is completed to ensure that everything works smoothly and that any adjustments or extensions can be made.
